Oak Technical Joint Venture
Oak Technical, a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of premium gloves for cleanroom and other environments in the semiconductor, electronics, and biotechnology industries, formally entered into a joint venture with Shijiazhuang Hongray Group, a leading Chinese manufacturer of vinyl and latex gloves. Founded in 1916, Oak Technical has been at the forefront of new products in the rubber industry for eighty-six years. Oak manufactured the world’s first vinyl disposable gloves for the medical industry in the 1960’s, and has developed new breakthrough products to meet changing customer needs in the years since. Today, Oak’s products are considered by its customers as a standard for quality in the international semiconductor industry, which cannot compromise in maintaining the highest production standards.

Fosbel Management Buyout
Fosbel, Inc., the world's leading provider of furnace repair services to the glass and coke manufacturing industries, completed a £24 million management-led buyout supported by Barclays Capital (London) and Bank of Scotland (Glasgow). Projects International advised management on the buyout of the company, which was owned by Foseco, a UK-based industrial services group, and Glaverbel, a global glass manufacturer based in Belgium. Fosbel has operations throughout North America, Europe, the former Soviet Union, Asia, and Africa, and employs 350 personnel.

Ronald R. Fogleman joins Projects International as Senior Vice President
Former United States Air Force Chief of Staff, General Fogleman's distinguished thirty-eight year military career included service as a combat fighter pilot and numerous senior commands. A member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1994–1997, he has wide experience in defense, military, and foreign policy and their relationship to international business.
